Evfrosina's female figurines are always the creatures who present physical strength and full awareness of the laws of nature combined with their innate essence and abilities. They usually have long braided hair as a symbol of their connection to the planet’s energy, like a deeply rooted tree. They perform a magical dance that connects the Earth and the sky. They heal and give the viewer the strength and better understanding of oneself. Balancing easily on an unstable ball, i-Ya seems to be quoting the words of Bodhisattva Shantideva: "... I cannot subdue the course of events, but if I manage to conquer my mind, will there be a need to conquer anything else?"
