Ruslan Gudiev was born in 1944 in Kobi, Georgia. In 1983, he began exploring monumental and decorative art. Since 1989, he has worked in the techniques of easel painting, design, and architecture.
From 1951 to 1967, he studied fine arts in St. Petersburg. Ruslan Gudiev’s works are in the collections of The State Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow Museum of Modern Art, The Ministry of Culture of Russia, The Consulate of the Republic of Chile, The Grand Duchess of Luxemburg, Walter Bischoff Galerie (Germany), and private collections in Great Britain, the United States, Germany, France, Switzerland, Norway, and Russia.
